We unconditionally guarantee that all products that you purchase from our website are genuine and authentic. We only deal directly with established manufacturers or distributors. In some instances, we work with trusted suppliers who purchase directly from the same manufacturers or distributors.

We use PayPal payment systems but we are working to add more payment methods.

Is it safe and secure to give you my credit card details?

Your information and online credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. This is the industry standard for online payments. We currently use the market leader in SSL certificates issued by PayPal.

Do you deliver to other countries apart from US?

At this point we only deliver products within US due to restrictions on flammable goods. However, we are actively looking for ways to expand our distribution. Please keep checking back for future updates.

Time of delivery may vary depending on stock avalibility and destination:
* 3-4 working days for NY and most areas in North America.
* 3-7 working days US-wide including most country areas.

It would usually depend on the product you intend to purchase. We recommend that you add product in your My Wishlist or contact us via email support@fragrance.co or send us a message via Contactus form and quote the product that you wish to purchase. One of our friendly customer service staff will get back to you with a confirmed date of availability.

Log in to your Wonder Beauty account here and click on left menu the "Newsletter Subscription". If you are opened in to receive email, the General Subscription box will be checked. Simply uncheck that box and click "Save" button and you will be unsubscribed from email.

How can i update my billing address?

If you are a customer, log in to your Wonder Beauty account and click on the left menu "Address Book". The billing address on file will populate the form on this page. Make any changes necessary and click on the "Save Address" button and youe new information will be saved.
