Return / Refund/ Cancellation Policy
Return:
If you wish to return a product the basis for approval will be evaluated on the following conditions:
- Item needs to be returned within 30 days of receiving it.
- Send a request to us via email support@fragrance.co, put a topic Return, your order details and a brief message.
- Our Customer Service representative will contact you via email or phone with futher instraction.
- Once you return the item, we will process it for refund within 14 working days after we receive the package.
Pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging if possible. Returned packaging must be returned prepaid at the expense of the customer to the address prodived by Customer Servise.
Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your order at any time by emailing our customer service at support@fragrance.co. Our Customer Service representative will email you back the details where to send the package or might ask an extra information. Returned products due to cancellation must be unused and returned in its original packaging. The return shipping cost due to cancellation is paid by the customer. Once you return the item, we will process it for refund within 14 working days after we receive the package.
